Furniture and home furnishings must be free from damage, stains, or signs of use. Outdoor items must not show weathering or wear. Kitchen items must be unused and in resalable condition.

3. Receive return shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

For items returned due to defects or our error, we cover return shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
